The estimated duration of the experience is 60 minutes including the performance.

The functions begin punctually at the time you purchased your tickets, 1 hour before the event, access to the lobby is allowed. In the lobby of the forum you will find food and beverage areas, as well as stands of the sponsors of the event. We recommend you to take precautions regarding traffic, since the show starts punctually at the time indicated on your ticket.

The Foro Polanco Moliere does not have its own parking lot; however, there are public parking options in the area surrounding the Forum, and valet parking is available at an additional cost.

The ticket includes only the entrance to the event.

All major credit cards are accepted.

Sala del Terror is not recommended for children under the age of 13. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

From 2 years old and up. Children under 2 years of age are allowed to enter, but they must remain silent out of respect for other attendees. We do not have a special space for children inside the Forum.

We suggest you dress comfortably. In addition, practical shoes are recommended for walking comfortably within the enclosure. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, should be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a friendly, family-friendly atmosphere. Clothing that by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be considered inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask for common sense and discretion. Costumes worn by spectators are not permitted. For your safety, you must be in good health to enter the experience; only you know your physical conditions and limitations. If you suspect that your health is at risk for any reason or that any pre-existing condition of any kind could be aggravated, DO NOT ENTER!

Rules of the immersive experience:

  • Users must follow the verbal instructions of the experience operators at all times. Any violation of safety measures may result in expulsion from the premises without a refund.
  • All visitors must dress and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • Running is prohibited inside the building.
  • The group must remain together at all times.
  • Touching the characters is prohibited; any aggression or physical contact will result in expulsion from the premises without a refund.
  • For safety reasons, the use of cell phones or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the experience. Failure to follow this rule may result in expulsion from the premises without exception and without a refund.
  • For security purposes, the premises are monitored by closed-circuit television.
  • For your safety and the safety of other participants, souvenirs, balls, stuffed animals, foam spray cans, glass items, umbrellas, and raincoats are not permitted inside. These items must be left with someone who is not entering the attraction. The staff of SALA DEL TERROR will not be able to store or be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your belongings.
  • The use of lighters, matches, or any other source of fire is strictly prohibited; failure to comply will result in expulsion from the premises without exception and without right to a refund.
  • The consumption of chewing gum, candy, food, and beverages is not permitted during the performance.
  • For your safety, reserving seats, cutting in line, and/or climbing over railings are strictly prohibited. Any of these behaviors may result in expulsion from the premises without exception and without the right to a refund.
  • The performance includes theatrical fog effects, low-light areas, loud audio, sound effects, strobe lights, etc.
